Our Experience

At MySalesTeam, our foundation is built on real-world experience in both sales and operations. Founded by Ken Frasier, who brings over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales leader, our team understands what it takes to grow service-based businesses from the ground up.

Ken has built and scaled multiple businesses, including MrBioClean, which generated millions in revenue and became a national leader in disinfection services. During COVID-19, his team was at the forefront of implementing electrostatic disinfection at scale across the country.

In addition, Ken has held leadership roles with some of the nation’s top cleaning and facility service organizations, including CleanNet USA, Controlled Contamination Services, The Budd Group, and Clean Boss. Through these roles, he has seen firsthand the systems, structure, and strategies that drive consistent growth at scale.

We bring those same proven systems to small and mid-sized businesses.
